Course Description

Precision Genetics Coaching offers a practical framework for understanding how genetic variation can influence individual physiology, adaptation, and responses within the body. Moving beyond generalized protocols and isolated genetic markers, this course teaches practitioners how to recognize meaningful patterns across genes and translate genetic data into more precise, personalized care.

Through a systematic exploration of 50+ core genetic markers, you’ll examine key functional health domains including inflammation, detoxification, methylation and homocysteine balance, neurotransmitters, mitochondrial function, autophagy and longevity, cardiovascular health, and hormonal regulation. You’ll learn how to distinguish risk markers from neutral variants and clinically meaningful insights, then apply those findings to individualized nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, peptide strategies, and other targeted interventions.

The course culminates in the 4F Genetics framework, providing a structured, step-by-step approach for integrating genetic insights into Vince’s 4F System and your existing functional health framework. You’ll gain the practical skills to confidently interpret genetic data, communicate complex findings in clear, client-friendly language, and use genetics to enhance the precision of your protocols—particularly when working with complex cases.

Course Curriculum Outline

Module 1 of Menopause Magnified is a roadmap of the course

Module 1: Welcome

We’ll set you up with background information and a roadmap for your journey through the course, highlighting strategies for success.

Module 2 introduction to menopause

Module 2: Genetics Foundations

We break down the core concepts of genetics in a way that translates complex science into language you can easily understand and confidently use with clients/patients. You’ll learn the key terminology and principles that underpin genetics and genetic testing, while beginning to see how genes influence physiology, adaptation, and responses within the body.

Precision Cellular Restoration

Module 3: Precision Cellular Restoration

Let's explore the core genetic markers organized across 10 key functional health domains. You’ll learn how to review gene information alongside SNPs, assess risk patterns, and translate those findings into effective lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation strategies (and more) for increased outcomes and client retention.

4F Genetics - Flush Phase

Module 4: 4F Genetics + Flush Phase

Expand your genetic lens by working with a broader set of gene markers while learning a comprehensive framework for integrating genetics into a functional health business or practice. This system is designed to bring structure and clarity, while emphasizing practical application through 4 core phases (plus a critical post-care phase) that align directly with Vince’s 4F System. Flush Phase first!

Feed Phase Genetics

Module 5: Feed Phase Genetics

Let’s explore how genetics can inform and personalize the 2nd phase of the 4F Process: the Feed Phase.

Fast Phase Genetics

Module 6: Fast Phase Genetics

Dive into how genetics can inform and personalize the 3rd phase of the 4F Process: the Fast Phase.

Function Phase Genetics

Module 7: Function Phase Genetics

As you bring the health of your client to a more stable place, you'll explore how genetics can inform and personalize the final phase of the 4F Process: the Function Phase.

Genetics Moving Forward

Module 8: Genetics Moving Forward

Learn how genetics can help personalize long-term support, sustain the progress made, and guide the path forward.

Weight Management

Module 9: Weight Management

Coming soon - Learn how genetics can influence weight management and how to interpret the DOXA Weight Management Genetics Panel to develop more personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise strategies.

Final Exam & Wrap Up

Module 10: Final Exam

Time to put your knowledge and skills to use! The final exam provides opportunities to make connections between the modules and apply what you've learned!
